To ensure safety and security, the main entrance, elevator, and guestrooms are accessible only with the use of card keys. Also, all of the entryways are locked between the hours of 23:00 to 6:00, to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the building.

- -Age Requirement Policy
- Guests must be aged 20 or older with valid photo ID to make reservations and to check in.
- -Check In Policy
- Please note we may not be able to meet requests for early check in, depending on the circumstances at the time of check in. For guest looking to ensure an early check in, we suggest you reserve your room starting from the day before your arrival. Please note, for check in before 15:00, you may be asked to pay up to 100% of the cost equivalent to one night’s stay. We offer a secure baggage deposit area for guests who arrive before our regular check in time.
- -Check Out Policy
- Check out policy of each reservation website will be applied. Please confirm details in the website you made your reservations.
- -Visa/Passport Policy
- For security reasons, we ask our guests to show their valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport and/or a certificate) at the time of check in. The reservation name and the photo ID shown must match in order to check in.
- -Late Check Out Policy
- 500 JPY will be charged per 1 hour as for late check out.
Extension is accepted till 1pm.
A whole day accommodation fee will cost you if you extend after 1pm. - -Smoking Policy
- All of our guestrooms are non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes).
Our guests are welcome to use the designated smoking area at the 1st floor entrance.
There will be an additional ¥20,000 charged for cleaning costs for guests smoking in the guestrooms. - -Payment Policy
- Please note we only accept Japanese Yen for payments and US Dollars and other notes are not accepted. When using a credit card for your payments at the hotel, the exchange rate of the day will be applied and you will be charged in your own currency. With respect to the total payment and what you will be billed by your credit company, the exchange rate according to the time of currency conversion by your bank or credit card company may result in different figures.
